Cancellation Policy

We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. VYBE Hair Studio has a 30% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify VYBE Hair Studio at (252) 915-1760 or vybe.hairstudio@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule. No-Show Policy (Effective January 2025) Beginning January 2025, a strict no-show policy will be in place. • The first missed appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. • A second missed appointment will result in a fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost, and a deposit will be required to secure all future bookings. This policy ensures fairness and respect for both my time and all clients’ scheduling needs.
